1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ibethph ("ibethph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ibethph platform, including the website located at ibethph.org, all associated mobile-optimized pages, games, betting services, promotional programs, and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the ibethph Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ibethph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the ibethph Platform regardless of the device used to access it, including desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets. These Terms are written in English, which shall be the governing language for all interpretations and disputes.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use an ibethph account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as recognized under PAGCOR regulations. ibethph strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold ibethph accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ibethph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ibethph Platform for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ibethph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, ibethph will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and return any remaining balance after deducting any winnings derived from bets placed while underage. ibethph may report underage gambling to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the ibethph Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ibethph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ibethph employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ibethph reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ibethph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ibethph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

ibethph reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ibethph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ibethph does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ibethph aims to process withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

ib ethph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where ibethph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their nominated payment accounts are held in their own name. ibethph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account not registered in the player's own name will result in the withdrawal being declined and the matter being escalated for investigation.

ibethph does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals. All transactions must be conducted through the approved electronic payment methods listed on the Platform. ibethph reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ibethph Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform at the time of placing the bet. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

Bets are only valid once confirmed by the ibethph system and a bet reference number has been issued. ibethph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's ibethph account.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by player account tier.
• ibethph reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market and the ibethph system's ability to process the bet before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event of a disputed result, ibethph's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Bets placed using bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements and restrictions applicable to the relevant promotion.

ibethph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual and slot games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within each live game lobby.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ibethph offers various bonuses and promotional programs to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ibethph promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified ibethph accounts in good standing only. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible for bonuses.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• ibethph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account.
• Bonuses that have been credited but not yet wagered may be removed from a player's account if the player requests a withdrawal before meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• ibethph reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play with other players.

7 Responsible Gaming

ibethph is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, and ibethph encourages all players to gamble within their means and to seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm.

ibethph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ibethph account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. ibethph will notify players when their session limit is approaching.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of their current session and net gaming activity.

ibethph operates under PAGCOR oversight and adheres to PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Players who are concerned about their gambling behavior are encouraged to contact ibethph's support team, available 24/7 in English and Filipino, for assistance in accessing responsible gaming tools.

ibethph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to gamble on the Platform. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended in accordance with Section 2 of these Terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ibethph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the use of the Platform.
• Creating or operating more than one ibethph account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed by ibethph.
• Using the ibethph Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ibethph Platform or its underlying technology.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the ibethph Platform or the experience of other players.

ibethph employs fraud detection systems and conducts regular audits of player activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ibethph reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice to the player concerned.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ibethph Platform, including but not limited to the ibethph brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ibethph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ibethph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ibethph Platform without the prior written consent of ibethph.

Any unauthorized use of ibethph's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law. ibethph actively monitors for unauthorized use of its brand and content and will take appropriate legal action where necessary.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ibethph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ibethph Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ibethph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ibethph will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ibethph's liability shall be limited to returning the player's stake for the affected bet. ibethph shall not be liable for any winnings that would have been earned had the technical failure not occurred.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

ibethph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the ibethph Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring ibethph to suspend or close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ibethph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed for any other reason, ibethph will return the remaining real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may close their ibethph account at any time by contacting the ibethph support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules, and the resulting balance will be returned to the player.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. ibethph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to ibethph's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to the ibethph support team, which will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ibethph's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who are not satisfied with ibethph's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ibethph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ibethph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the ibethph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
